We finally realised how little benefit of the CRM in use then we decided migrating CRM from Salesforce. Let me be clear: SF can be great if you really need all the functions, but it can also be very complex as we haven’t use all features, it was just … too complex. We asked easyCRM to design and implement Pipedrive, then migrate Salesforce. It was a great move! Now the CRM is much easier and designed round our sales process.
