Before easyCRM support, I was prone to mix-up things and contacts a bit, as there were simply too many things to follow up at the same time.
Now I use their suggestions and the new tool that make sure reminders and deadlines are in place, deals are properly followed. As a result my agenda is now a well organised set of information.
