Add a Contact
- Click blue "➕ Add Contact" button
- Enter name (required) and any other details
- Add tags like "client", "prospect", "supplier"
- Click "Add Contact"

View Modes
- 📱 Grid = Card view with all details
- 📋 Table = Spreadsheet view
Search & Filter
- Type in search box to find contacts instantly
- Use tag dropdown to filter by category

Contacts turn orange when they haven't been contacted in 30+ days
Bulk Operations
- Check multiple contacts
- Use bulk delete or tag operations
Import Contacts
Format: Name,Email,Phone,Company,Notes,Tags

Export Data
- CSV for Excel/Sheets
- Backup for complete database

- Your database is in
crm.db
- Back it up regularly with "💾 Backup"
- All data stays on YOUR computer
